Hi! I'm Jennifer Shannon. I started Home Buying for Women because I want to use my experience and knowledge as a REALTOR® and single-woman home buyer myself to teach you how you can do it too.
I was a single mom with no additional income outside of my job and carried around a debt load of $38,000. With a lot of planning, sacrifice, and plain 'ole grit, I was able to buy my first home EVER at the age of 35. I did it with no outside help (other than a home mortgage) and I paid off all $38,000 in debt along the way.
I want to teach you all I learned plus a lot more so that you can make this dream your reality too.
